How to make Banana Bread | Homemade Banana Bread | Banana Bread in Lock ...











Hello today, I will be sharing a video on how to make Banana bread.This is a super moist quick and easy recipe.The secret ingredient here is to use dark brown sugar as it really makes the Banana bread super moist and tender.It is a real treat now especially during this  lock-down period. So go ahead and treat yourself.



The Ingredients you will need are,



1) 250g Plain flour

2) 115g Dark brown sugar

3) 500g Over-ripe Bananas

4) Two eggs (beaten)

5) 115g Unsalted Butter

6) A pinch of Salt

7) 1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda



Method



-Preheat you oven to 180 degrees centigrade.

-Mash over-ripe Bananas (with a potato masher)

-Add salt and Bicarbonate of Soda to the plain flour and mix together

-Mix brown sugar and butter together then add the mashed bananas and mix all together

-Then add this mixture to the plain flour mix and mix very well with a spatula

-Then pour into a bread loaf tin lined with baking/grease proof paper

-Bake for 60-65 minutes in the oven

-To check if it is fully baked insert a knife into the middle of the loaf,if it comes out clean it is fully baked

-Bring it out of the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes



Serve with you favourite beverage.
